When you receive your eGift card from Prezzee via email - if you are still having issues with the app - you have a second way to access your eGift card. Instead of using the app, you can access the eGift card through your internet browser on your mobile phone or on a desktop computer.
You can follow the below steps to redeem your eGift card from Prezzee once you receive an email from Prezzee stating that you have received an eGift card.
To get started you need to create a Prezzee account.
To create a Prezzee account, go to www.prezzee.co.uk, and follow the instructions to sign up and log into your online Prezzee account.
Here are the steps to set up a Prezzee account:
1. Select "Create an Account"
2. Enter you first and last name and click continue
3. Enter your email address and click continue
4. Create a password for your Prezzee account and click continue
5. Enter your mobile phone number and click the tick box to agree to the Prezzee privacy policy and terms of service.
6. A text message containing a verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number you entered. Input this code when prompted.
7. Your Prezzee account will be set up and ready for use.
Once you receive your eGift email from Prezzee, simply click on the link in the email and use the 4-digit pin included in the email to activate your reward. If not already logged into your Prezzee account, you will be prompted to log in.
You can then swap your Prezzee eGift Card for an eGift Card from one or more of the available retailers.
Your eGift Card is now ready to use with your chosen retailers.
We are aware the Prezzee site/app for Ireland is currently displaying as under construction. This only means you cannot currently purchase and send Euro (€) eGift cards yourself, but you can still receive and save them in your wallet.
Simply click on Wallet section within the app to view, swap and redeem your Irish eGift cards.
To sign up using your phone:
- Download the Prezzee app (IOS / Android) for your smart phone.
- Launch the Prezzee app.
- Tap Sign up
- Enter a few details about you.
- Tap Get Started and you will receive a SMS to verify you account.
- Enter your security code and you are done.
To sign up via our website:
- Visit www.prezzee.co.uk in your browser.
- Click Sign up.
- Enter a few details about yourself.
- Tap Get Started and you will receive a SMS to verify you account.
- Enter your security code and you are done.
Each retailer comes with its special way of redeeming gift cards, so we always recommend checking out the unique instructions they provide.
It's really easy! Just open your eGift card from the gift email or directly in your Prezzee Wallet, and then select 'How to use this card'. This will give you all the specific details you need to enjoy your gift!
To help get you started:
- Begin by accessing your Prezzee Wallet or opening the gift email we sent you.
- Click on 'How to use this card' for clear, step-by-step redemption instructions specific to your retailer card.
- Your new eGift card will be added to your Prezzee Wallet, all set for your shopping pleasure. Enjoy!
- If you don’t have a Prezzee wallet, your new card will be available through the same link in the original gift email we sent you.
Please note: Once you've swapped or chosen to shop with a Brand, your chosen eGift card Brand cannot be re-swapped, canceled, or refunded, so make sure to choose something you’re happy with.
Some other tips from us:
- Make sure you have your gift PIN available when redeeming your card
- For in-store purchases, you may need your gift card barcode too
- Some cards must be printed to redeem
- It’s always a good idea to check the balance of your card before redeeming it
- If you have a Prezzee Smart eGift Card you would need to swap it to a brand card before redeeming it.
The expiration of each gift card may vary. Please see below for more information:
Prezzee Smart Cards:
Your Prezzee Smart eGift cards have an expiry of 2 years, but once swapped to your chosen retailer(s) their Terms and Conditions will apply.
Retailer eGift cards:
Please check the Terms and Conditions for each Retailer.
All expiry dates will be displayed on your eGift Card in your Wallet.
You will need a Prezzee account to use your eGift card.
To swap your Prezzee smart eGift Card, follow the following steps:
- Launch your eGift card (from the gift email or in your Prezzee Wallet) and choose ‘Swap now’
- Browse through the € retailers and select the one you wish to spend at (you’re not spending yet)
- Select the amount you wish to spend with that retailer (you don’t have to spend it all in one place)
- Optional: select ‘Add a card’ to swap your remaining balance for additional retailer(s) (you can swap up to 5 brands in one go)
- Confirm your swap
- Done!
You can spend your new card once available or you can keep it for later; just make sure to check the expiry date.
Your eGift cards will be kept safe and handy in your Prezzee Wallet.
Make sure you’re certain of the retailers you’d like to swap your Prezzee Smart eGift Card to, because once you’ve swapped all or part of your Smart eGift card value it cannot be exchanged for another retailer later on if you change your mind.
Instore
- Open the Prezzee app and go to your wallet.
- Navigate the eGift card you wish to use
- Click reveal card details and click the red Redeem eGift Card button which will navigate you to the retailer eGift in your web browser.
- The webpage should display a bar code that can be scanned at the checkout in store. Alternatively, an card number and/or PIN will be displayed that can be entered in-store.
Online
- Open the Prezzee app and go to your wallet.
- Navigate the eGift card you wish to use
- Click reveal card details and click the red Redeem eGift Card button which will navigate you to the retailer eGift in your web browser.
- Copy card number and/or PIN displayed and follow the retailers online redemption instructions
Most gift cards can be used online, in-app, or even in-store.
Please check the Terms and Conditions of the eGift card you wish to swap to before confirming.
Each Retailer has their own Terms and Conditions and the eGift card you buy will be governed by these terms.
Prezzee has no say over the terms and conditions of the retailers eGift cards.
The Prezzee Wallet allows you to easily view and manage your eGift cards.
To access your Wallet in app:
- Launch the Prezzee app on your smartphone
- Sign in
- Tap Wallet
To access your wallet on Web:
- Navigagte to our website www.prezzee.co.uk
- Sign in
- Click Wallet.
Once you have used all the remaining balance of a eGift card and wish to remove the card from your Prezzee Wallet, follow the below steps:
- First of all make sure you have used the retailer check balance to confirm there is no balance remaining. Once confirmed;
- Navaigate to the card in your Wallet
- Tap the three dots icon in the top right
- Confirm you want to remove the card card
Please note once a card has been deleted, it cannot be undone through the app, but you can contact Customer Care on help@prezzee.com for assistance.
Unfortunately, once you have swapped your Prezzee eGift card for a retailer eGift card, this action cannot be reversed.
If the card is faulty or you are experiencing issues with the eGift, please contact help@prezzee.com and the team will be able to contact the retailer for assistance.
We are sorry to hear that you had trouble trying to use your eGift Card instore. Please see below for the steps that you should follow to redeem your eGift Card instore.
1. Open the Prezzee app and go to your wallet.
2. Select the eGift Card you wish to use.
3. Click reveal card details.
4. Click the red Redeem eGift Card button which will bring you out of the Prezzee app into your web browser.
5. The webpage should display a bar code that can be scanned at the checkout. Alternatively, an instore number or pin will be display on the webpage.

If you received your eGift card by email:
- You can search for your Prezzee Gift Card email in your Inbox; search for who sent you your eGift card, e.g. the name of the person, or the name of the business.
- We also recommend checking your Other or Junk Folders too.
If you received your eGift card by SMS:
- eGift Cards sent by SMS will be sent from Prezzee
- Try searching your SMS Inbox for Prezzee.
No luck?
You can ask the person who sent you the gift to resend it through our Gift Tracker. All they need is their original Order Number.

Your code is valid for 5 attempts only. After 5 failed attempts, you’ll need a new link and security PIN to unlock your eGift card. To get the new link and security PIN, click on ‘Send me a new link and code”.

Please send a request to help@prezzee.com and the Prezzee Customer Care will be able to arrange for cancellation and refund ASAP.
The card denominations offered by retailers can range from €5 all the way up to €5000, but the range will differ by retailer.
When swapping your Prezzee Smart eGift Card, you will only see retailers that offer equal or less than the balance left on your card.
For instance, if you have €15 balance left on your card, you won't be able to swap to Airbnb because their denomination range is Min €50 to Max €250
There is no limit on how many gift cards you can swap to. However, you can only swap up to five retailers in one transaction.
Simply repeat the swap process if you still have a remaining balance on your Smart eGift Card.
How to redeem Tesco's eGift card:
- Please present your Tesco Digital Gift Card at the till. The barcode should be clearly printed and visible to the Tesco colleague.
- If using your mobile device, you will be asked to present the barcode to the scanner by the Tesco colleague.
- If the barcode does not scan then a Tesco colleague can manually input the digital gift card number (19 digits) and pin (4 digits) which will be located above the barcode.
You can use this eGift card to shop in our stores and at www.h&m.com. You can check your balance in store and at www.h&m.com
To use your card, click “Reveal card details” on the eGift card:
- Just Eat gift cards can ONLY be added to your account using a web browser!
- Click the link and copy the gift code
- On your web browser, log in to your Just Eat account, go to your profile, and click “Redeem a gift card”
- Now paste your gift card code then press “Redeem”
- Congrats your eGift card has been added to your account!

If you're experiencing issues redeeming your Adidas IE gift card, the steps below may help solve this issue:
To use your Gift Card online:
- Add at least one item to your Shopping Bag and proceed to check out.
- Enter your delivery details and proceed to selecting your payment method.
- Select ‘Gift Card’ as your payment method. You need to enter:
- 19-digit eGift card number
- the 4-digit security code.
- Possibly an additional payment method (only if the total purchase amount exceeds the balance on your card).
- Click the ‘Order now’ button to place your order.
- The remaining value of the gift card can be seen on your invoice.
After swapping your Prezzee eGift card for a retailer eGift card, the expiry date then follows the terms and conditions of the retailer. The eGift card expiry date will vary for each retailer. The expiry date is displayed on each retailer eGift card within your Prezzee Wallet.
